I'm sure that most of you know what a blogging community is. It's a great resource for all bloggers to gain and/or share information about your blog and blogging in general. You can join different groups for specific interest, including everything from listing giveaways to meeting other bloggings in your area. You can find tons of great ideas and also find a lot of very nice people.
